Available to all Medicare-eligible beneficiaries, Medicare covers an annual wellness visit with no co-pay or deductible applied.
This preventative assessment is one more tool your healthcare team will use to help you improve your health.
A Few of the Annual Wellness Visit Services Include:

- Check blood pressure
- Height/Weight
- Depression screening
- Fall risk screening
- Healthy lifestyle recommendations
This annual wellness visit is not a physical exam.
